Marketing Manager
Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with Dentists, Clinic Owners, Hospital Procurement Departments, and Dental Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new dental technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee social media campaigns, dental journals/publications, and branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
- Event Coordination: Organize and represent the company at dental exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management regarding performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (B.D.S or M.B.B.S or a background in Medical Science is highly preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically within the Dental or Medical Device industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with dental equipment (e.g., Dental Chairs, X-rays, Implants, or Orthodontic materials) is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be able to interact professionally with healthcare specialists.
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally and occasionally internationally for dental congresses and meetings.
