Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition & Development Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Mandalay Branch always has high-quality people.
This role is accountable for:
Recruiting outstanding educators and operational staff
Selecting candidates with the right Attitude, Skills and Knowledge (ASK)
Designing and coordinating onboarding and training
Developing employees into high-performing professionals
Building a positive, accountable and growth-oriented culture
Supporting leadership succession and workforce planning
Success is measured by the quality and performance of people hired—not by the number of interviews conducted.
