✅ ECCD Certificate / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Development / Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Education Management တို့နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Qualification ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
✅ Preschool Principal, Branch Manager, Centre Manager, Program Coordinator, Academic Coordinator သို့မဟုတ် Preschool Leadership Position တွင် (၃) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
✅ Child Development၊ Curriculum Implementation နှင့် Classroom Quality Management ကို နားလည်သူ
✅ Preschool Educator များကို Observation, Coaching, Training နှင့် Performance Evaluation ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ
✅ Parent Communication နှင့် Customer Relationship Management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
✅ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
✅ English Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
✅ ECCD Certificate / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Development / Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Education Management တို့နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Qualification ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
