GETC is looking for an experienced Young Learner ELT professional who believes successful education means knowing each learner—and ensuring no student is overlooked or quietly falls behind.
Your Mission
Ensure every GETC student is progressing, confident, engaged, emotionally safe and receiving the individual support they need to succeed.What You Will Do
• Monitor individual students’ English progress and wellbeing
• Identify On Track, Needs Support, At Risk & Wellbeing Concern students
• Track English skills, participation, confidence and engagement
• Create and follow up individual Student Support Plans
• Work with instructors to address learning difficulties
• Turn assessment evidence into practical interventions
• Communicate student progress and support needs with parents
• Protect student wellbeing and safeguarding
You Are Accountable For
Student Progress → Wellbeing → Intervention → Parent Trust
We want to be able to answer for every individual student:
How is this student progressing? What support do they need? What are we doing about it? Is it working?

Requirements
We’re Looking For
3+ years Young Learner ELT experience
Strong English proficiency
Strong assessment & student-support knowledge
Excellent communication & parent partnership skills
Caring, analytical and professionally accountable
Cambridge English experience is an advantageLocation: Yangon — GETC Branches

Benefits
Location: Yangon — GETC Branches
Working Days: 2 Days per Week
Working Hours: 25 Hours per Week including scheduled weekend academic operations
Salary: MMK 1,500,000 - 1,800,000 / Month
