HR & Admin Officer
Description
• Manage daily attendance, leave records, and employee movements across assigned sites
• Prepare monthly payroll, overtime reports, and salary budgets within defined timelines
• Coordinate with and provide guidance to site HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts, manage SSB contributions, and support income tax calculations
• Address employee relations matters professionally and in compliance with company policies
• Oversee office administration, including procurement of stationery and office supplies
• Support overall administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR-related Diploma is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration functions
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Willingness to undertake frequent business trips to site offices as required
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
