Mechanical Engineer
Description
- Integrating and overseeing the installation of automated machinery (reactors, dryers, blenders, tablet presses, etc.)
- Overseeing installation HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation and Air Condition) and Boiler for cleanroom with precise temperature/humidity control
- Overseeing installation piping systems (purified water, clean steam, stainless steel lines) including sanitary connections
- Develop preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment
- Ensure sanitary design and GMP compliance for equipment cleanability
- Equipment validation and calibration
- Team work to other professionals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and above
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, food, or biotech plant construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, HVAC load calculation software
- Knowledge of GMP, ASME BPE standards
- Basic knowledge of cleanroom technology
- Must be able to travel and have valid passport
- English language proficiency
- Strong problem solving and communication skill
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, food, or biotech plant construction
