Civil Engineer
Description
- Verifying plans, designs/drawings as well as quantities for accurateness of computations, must be able to work alongside with foreign technical experts
- Preparing design and drawings using computer-aided design programs and drafting equipment such as AutoCAD, Revit software
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Daily administration of the site, comprising supervision as well as observing the site workforce as well as the work of some subcontractors
- Bridge the gap between Civil, Mechanical and Electrical standard
- Perform seismic, wind load analysis per local building codes
- Team work to other professionals (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred at least RSE Engineer in MEC)
- Minimum 5 continuous years of proven experience as site engineer with a focus on civil engineering, especially Pharmaceutical/ Food cleanrooms of similar process industries
- In-depth knowledge of standard and specification related to Civil Engineering
- English language proficiency
- Strong problem solving and communication skill
- Setting out levelling and surveying on site
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy calculation
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as per specification
- Knowledge of ISO 14644 (Clean room standards) and GMP facility design
- Knowledge of ACI, AISC, IBC codes & MNBC codes (2025
- Minimum 5 continuous years of proven experience as site engineer with a focus on civil engineering, especially Pharmaceutical/ Food cleanrooms of similar process industries
