Assistant Chief Engineer
Description
• Assist Chief Engineer/Property Manager with building operations.
• Monitor daily systems, equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Track engineering staff attendance, deployment, and performance.
• Supervise staff, providing technical guidance and coaching.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure work quality and compliance.
• Help prepare annual engineering budgets and monitor expenses.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues and safety risks promptly.
• Collaborate with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments for engineering activities and emergencies.
• Address clients' engineering-related complaints and requests.
• Maintain engineering logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Prepare various engineering reports as needed.
• Assist in developing and updating engineering SOPs and policies.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing programs for engineering staff.
• Participate in recruitment and assessment of engineering personnel.
• Attend management meetings and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/EP
• 5–7 years of M&E experience, preferably in Building/Property/Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and maintenance
• Leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to prepare reports and manage tasks, schedules, and budgets
• Fluent in Myanmar and conversational English
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented
• 5–7 years of M&E experience, preferably in Building/Property/Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and maintenance
• Leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
