Finance Manager
Description
Manage AR, AP, GL, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting
Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closing
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports
Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries
Monitor project costs, budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting
Develop and maintain internal control systems and accounting policies
Coordinate with auditors for year-end financial statements and statutory reporting
Handle corporate tax planning, tax forecasts, tax calculations, and tax submissions
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to accounting team members
Work closely with management and operational teams on financial planning and cost reduction initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Partly Professional CPA qualification is preferred
Minimum 5 years of management-level experience
Must have working experience in the E-Wallet Industry
Strong knowledge of financial statements, taxation, and accounting standards
Experience in handling large finance teams and meeting monthly closing deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Odoo ERP, and accounting software
Good English communication skills
Disciplined and able to meet accounting submission deadlines
