Senior Site Engineer
Description
Plan and oversee the installation and commissioning of new power systems, including new RFI sites, in line with the target plan.
Develop and manage schedules for power swapping on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring all timelines were met.
Monitor and control asset data for sites, ensuring no deviations in data entry by the field team.
Ensure the region met Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets of 99.95% and 99.90% for uptime and operational efficiency.
Analyze and report on DG overhauling results for PAC (Preliminary Acceptance Certificate) and FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate).
Provide online support and troubleshooting for RMS (Remote Monitoring Systems) and I-Tower issues, both online and offline.
Configure automation power system set points and conducted tests to ensure proper functionality.
Inspect and monitor monthly fuel filling plans to maintain operational standards.
Organize and deliver power systems and troubleshooting training to field teams on a quarterly basis, improving team competency.
Manage cost optimization initiatives, focusing on reducing faulty range expenses.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of outsourced repairs and rectification processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree (Preferred Engineering MP/EP/MC/EC)
Experience in O&M field telecommunication
Minimum working experience 3 years in any Telecom related industries
Good analytical skill about the power related field
Ability to work effectively independently, in a team environment and flexible 24/7hrs
Excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
Can travel the whole Myanmar.
Familiar with MS office, excel, power point, outlook.
Can work independently,
Experience in O&M field telecommunication
