NOC Specialist
Description
Handle incident mail for all clients in both entitles (ATOM, Mytel, MPT & U9)
Identify and classify power and non-power related incidents through monitoring platforms
Raise the tickets to O&M partner or directly to ground teams
Supervise ETA for ground team and drive to meet the minimized MTTR
Provide regular updates to clients through multi-communication channels (Mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal)
Share hourly network status for internal team awareness
Prepare daily report for the quantity of incidents & Network downtime minutes, reconciled with each MS partners
Responsible for first-level escalation to RMS team or monitoring platform issues
Work for data inputs to access logs of any activity (PM, CM, other attendance)
Work 24*7 shift rotation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations & NOC in telecom field
Ability to work with 24/7 shift rotation
Proficiency in MS Office package & RMS tools
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze operational data
Strong communication skills in both Myanmar and English
