Contract Farming Manager
Description
- Build contract-farming networks with farmers to ensure a stable supply of raw paddy.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to provide seeds, agricultural techniques, and input supplies.
- Manage farmer relationships and ensure timely collection and procurement of raw materials for the rice mill.

Requirements
- B.Agr.Sc. or a relevant degree in agriculture.
- At least 5 years of experience in contract farming or agricultural raw-material procurement.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with farmers, procurement teams, and technical teams.
