Digital Marketing Executive
Description
- Design, launch, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across web and social platforms to achieve specific brand reach and conversion objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (primarily via Meta Ads Manager) tracking budgets and adjusting bids to ensure maximum ROI.
- Utilize AI productivity and analytics tools to accelerate copywriting, automate report generation, segment audiences, and perform programmatic A/B testing on ad copies.
- Oversee the scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking of all organic content across social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok) and the corporate website.
- Conduct systematic market research and regular competitor communication analysis to identify emerging digital trends, consumer behaviors, and market opportunities.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external digital agencies and third-party vendors, ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance media roles.
- Advanced capabilities navigating Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point for compiling campaign data and tracking metrics.
- Practical experience using conversational AI and marketing intelligence software (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, or Copy AI) for drafting content variations, keyword research, and data interpretation.
- Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance media roles.
