Job Description
Support the operation process for IES & LSP Daily Task installation process and maintenances as per assign daily tasks
Preparing all service processes such as Upgrade, Downgrade, Deactivate & Terminated information send to respective teams for information and preparing activation process with all internal departments
Dealing with Store for devices withdraw process and arranging the site requirements (all routers, devices, spare devices) for installation process and maintenance replacement process
Arranging IES transportation case for installation daily and maintenances case transport process by 24/7 standby
Controlling and recollecting CPE, routers and other accessories when customer terminated our service
filling in database portal for needed information and updating the data, Opening & closing of ticket to know the states of sites.
Communicating and negotiating with the customers before installation process and share the information concerned with customer relationship process
Preform FTTX survey process measured the distance by all partners and Last Mile survey process, all service survey processes
Coordinate with all third parties and business partners for installation process and maintenances processes
Controlling all documents (application, activation, SSR form, upgrade, downgrade, termination, deactivation) and fiber route documentation process

Requirements
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications, ISP operations, network support, or site coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and track service requests effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good command of English (written and verbal) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field.
