Job Description
Design and develop custom modules in Odoo to meet the specific domain requirements, especially:
Accounting
Inventory
Sales
Purchase
Analyze customer requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions
Follow best practices in software development to ensure the readability and maintainability of the code
Develop new features and modify existing functionalities in Odoo
Integrate third-party systems and APIs when required
Perform testing, debugging, and issue fixing
Provide technical support and user training when necessary
Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports
Collaborate with project coordinators and cross functional teams
Work flexibly to deadlines

Requirements
Job requirements
Minimum 2+ years of Odoo development and customization experience preferred
Experience with Odoo Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase modules
Understanding of ERP business workflows and processes
Able to identify the requirements and propose good alternative solutions to client requirements
Must have strong knowledge of Core Python and Programming Concepts
Excellent knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and jQuery)
Knowledge of API integration and web services
Experience in migrating from earlier Odoo version to new version
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL with ability to write SQL queries
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
