Job Description
Installs proper grounding for optical Fiber drop cabling, network cabling in OSP and in-building as standard.
Wireless Point to Point installation.
DIA, Metro, Enterprise installation and maintenance.
GPS-based Smart Track installation, GPS device setup, Sim card integration, GPS calibration, power Connection and system testing to ensure accurate and reliable real-time tracking.
Wireless PTP configuration and troubleshooting
GPON ONU configuration and troubleshooting
Router, Access Point configuration and troubleshooting
Leading and managing team members for Cabling, Fiber termination, testing with FTTx instruments in OSP and In-building System field for ISP systematically.
Dealing with clients for operation and maintenance onsite.
Provide survey, installation, and maintenance process by daily tasks.
Communicate with relevant departments to solve the technical issues for operation and maintenance. v Provide timely support for 100% of ad hoc duties and emergencies.
Response times and support logs. Provide reports to the IES Support Engineers and OSS Manager on site situations and issues.

Requirements
Job requirements
Any Bachelor Degree, AGTI, or Technical Diploma related to Telecom, IT, or Engineering
Basic knowledge of Fiber Optic, FTTx, GPON ONU, Router, and Wireless PTP.
Experience in installation and maintenance field is preferred.
Able to work onsite, under pressure, and travel if required. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
