Personal Assistant
Description
Manage the GM's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and priorities.
Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Manage incoming emails, correspondence, calls, and requests on behalf of the GM.
Maintain a clear calendar and remind the GM of important deadlines and commitments.
Prepare daily schedules and priority lists as required.
Follow up on instructions, decisions, and action items assigned by the GM.
Monitor deadlines and provide regular updates on outstanding tasks.
Ensure documents requested by the GM are accurate, complete, and available on time.
Maintain confidential electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with office and administrative matters assigned by the GM.
Support special projects and assignments initiated by the GM.
Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the GM.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook/email.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
Proficiency in English and Chinese
