PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from commencement to successful completion.
• Leading Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing and monitoring project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards.
• Monitoring project costs, cash flow, and profitability in collaboration with the QS and Finance teams.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Managing project risks and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Conducting regular project meetings and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Supporting the Operation Director in achieving company operational objectives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil) or equivalent engineering qualification.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Additional training in Project Management, Contract Administration, or Construction Management is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer role.
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and project execution.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving ability.
• High level of accountability and professionalism.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
