SALES EXECUTIVE
Description
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the engineering, construction, and property sectors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, architects, consultants, and government organizations.
• Conducting client visits, business presentations, and project discussions.
• Preparing and submitting company profiles, capability statements, and business proposals.
• Following up on quotations, proposals, and tender opportunities.
• Coordinating with the Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, and Project Teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Maintaining an up-to-date customer database (CRM) and recording all sales activities.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets established by Management.
• Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities.
• Representing the Company at exhibitions, networking events, business meetings, and industry seminars.
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, and business forecasts.
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships before, during, and after project completion.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager or Managing Director.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Sales and Marketing certifications will be an advantage.
• Engineering or Construction industry knowledge is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
• Sales and Marketing certifications will be an advantage.
• Engineering or Construction industry knowledge is preferred.
