SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Senior QS)
Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
• Preparing Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) from architectural and structural drawings.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender pricing.
• Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Preparing Interim Payment Claims (IPC), progress claims, and variation orders.
• Monitoring project budgets, material costs, and project profitability.
• Preparing project cost reports and commercial analyses for management.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Assisting the QS Manager in developing cost control procedures and departmental improvements.
• Coaching and supervising Junior Quantity Surveyors.

Requirements
• B.E (Civil), AGTI (Civil), or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Professional Training in Quantity Surveying is an advantage.
• PMP, Contract Administration, or FIDIC training will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Strong planning and problem-solving ability.
• Integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Diploma or Professional Training in Quantity Surveying is an advantage.
• PMP, Contract Administration, or FIDIC training will be an added advantage.
