Learning and Development Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor
Description
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development (L&D) section.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the Learning and Development Manager to ensure all programs are aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, feedback.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate new training programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and enhance organizational learning culture.
• Develop and circulate monthly training calendars, ensuring timely communication and invitations to registered learners.
• Maintain training documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper upkeep and availability of training assets, materials, and stationery.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
• Any Bachelor Degree Holder (HR Diploma or HR Certificate Holder Preffer).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, organizational training (preferably in the banking sector).
• Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning tools.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze training data, and measure program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
