Supervisor (Project Evaluation)
Description
- Pre-appraisal for property site visits to inspect and document ground conditions
- Evaluation of collateral property value and collateral valuation
- Designs renovation work using AutoCAD software and creates 2D drawings
- Field inspection of completed work for new branches, renovation, and decoration projects
- Check the drawings, schedule, and perform Quantity Surveying (QS) calculations and technical evaluations
- Monitor project progress, cost analysis, and ensure timely completion for new construction, decoration, and maintenance projects
- Record contractor documentation and ensure quality control after project completion and loan cases
- Documentation work such as registration, digitalization, recording, and receiving for all cases
- Ability to travel for site visits when required

Requirements
- Bachelor of B.Tech / B.E(Civil)
- One or Two years experienced in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power point.
- Can be use Auto CAD and Estimate.
- Can work with teamwork and can travel if needs.
