Learning and Development Officer
Description
• Organize and manage internal and external training sessions, including logistics, materials preparation, and participant communication.
• Collaborate with internal facilitators and external providers to ensure seamless delivery of learning events.
• Track attendance, monitor learner progress, and collect evaluation feedback.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and post-training surveys.
• Maintain accurate L&D records, training calendars, and learning documentation.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, onboarding programs, and workshops as required.
• Promote employee engagement in learning activities and contribute to building a learning-focused workplace culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to organize and deliver training and workshop sessions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR Diploma or HR Certificate Holder Preferably)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning and Development, or organizational training (preferably in the banking sector).
• Demonstrated ability in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital learning tools.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze training data, and measure program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong team spirit with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
