Transmission Specialist
Description
• Assign preventive maintenance plans of transmission network to provincial branches.
• Follow up daily maintenance progress.
• Verify completed Work Orders (WO).
• Coordinate with branches to solve delayed maintenance.
• Review and check maintenance WO and reports and photos on system ICMS
• Check compliance with maintenance SOP.
• Detect fake or incorrect maintenance reports.
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback and reports
• Verify and confirm the accuracy of the OTDR, Fusion Splicer, and Mobile DG database with provincial branches.
• Prepare periodic database confirmation reports and support equipment tracking and management.
• Prepare, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance work orders for OTDRs, Fusion Splicers, and Mobile Diesel Generators (Mobile DGs).
• Prepare maintenance progress reports and analyze work order performance to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Requirements
• Graduated from Technological University or higher in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• English: Intermediate to Advanced level (e.g., able to deliver training and communicate effectively in English).
• Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work-related software (e.g., Management Systems, data analysis tools), proficient in using software related to work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical or operational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and engineering fields.
• Analytical and cooperation skills, Teamwork skills, Ability to withstand high pressure.
• Communication skills
