Finance Assistant
Description
- Monitoring the project material Usage and work done.
- Check the advance claim form
- Prepare Daily attendance for site employees
- Report Debit Note Everyday
- Leading the tasks of building cost allowances, and receivables limitation.
- Guiding departments, and units about regulations/procedures on accounting
- Completes procedures/vouchers for payment through bank transfer
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the day-to-day accounting operations
- Perform other duties may be assigned as required

Requirements
- Any Graduate (B. Com preferred)
- LCCI Level III must be completed (ACCA or CPA preferer)
- At least 1years’ experience in accounting areas with construction field
- Excellent communication skills in financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email
- Good Reporting skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadline
- Can communicate in English
- LCCI Level III must be completed (ACCA or CPA preferer)
