Fuel Specialist
Description
• Collect and verify diesel generator (DG)/mobile generator fuel consumption data from provincial branches.
• Reconcile fuel deliveries, consumption records, fuel stock balances, and generator operating hours to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze fuel consumption trends and identify discrepancies, abnormal usage, or potential fuel losses.
• Coordinate with provincial branches to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and submit periodic fuel consumption reconciliation reports with recommendations for management review and decision-making.
• Reconcile with related department for main DG and mobile DG fuel consumption and release the approval version to provincial branches within designated timeline.
• Collect and review the remaining fuel balance reports submitted by provincial branches.
• Reconcile the reported remaining fuel balance with fuel consumption records, fuel deliveries, and inventory data.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual and reported fuel balances and identify the root causes.
• Coordinate with provincial branches to verify, correct, and confirm fuel balance information.
• Prepare periodic reconciliation reports and recommend corrective actions to improve fuel inventory accuracy and management.
• Reconcile with related departments for Remaining Inventory of DG fuel consumption and release the approval version to provincial branches within designated timeline.

Requirements
• Graduated from Technological University or higher in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• English: Intermediate to Advanced level (e.g., able to deliver training and communicate effectively in English).
• Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work-related software (e.g., Management Systems, data analysis tools), proficient in using software related to work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical or operational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and engineering fields.
• Analytical and cooperation skills, Teamwork skills, Ability to withstand high pressure.
• Communication skills
