OCD Specialist
Description
• Conducting monthly quality inspections of telecommunications infrastructure, including Station and Cable Route, to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Evaluating the quality and condition of infrastructure using standardized inspection checklists and identifying areas requiring corrective or preventive actions.
• Analyzing inspection findings, branch performance, and quality trends to identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitoring the quality performance of provincial branches and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions to improve maintenance effectiveness.
• Preparing accurate periodic inspection, evaluation, and performance reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collect OCD checking results from provincial branches.
• Review and verify the accuracy of OCD checking data.
• Reconcile OCD checking results with relevant departments.
• Analyze discrepancies and follow up with branches for corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit the weekly OCD reconciliation report to management.
• Develop and assign station rectification plans to provincial branches.
• Follow up the implementation progress of rectification activities.
• Monitor overdue and outstanding rectification items.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve technical issues.
• Verify completion and quality of rectification works.

Requirements
• Graduated from Technological University or higher in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• English: Intermediate to Advanced level (e.g., able to deliver training and communicate effectively in English).
• Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work-related software (e.g., Management Systems, data analysis tools), proficient in using software related to work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical or operational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and engineering fields.
• Analytical and cooperation skills, Teamwork skills, Ability to withstand high pressure.
• Communication skills
• Can travel to regional branches and stay dependent on requirements of assignments from manager
