📌About the Role
▪️Elevate Education is looking for a highly proactive, organized and trustworthy Executive Officer to the CEO to work directly with the Chief Executive Officer.
▪️This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. The Executive Officer will serve as the CEO’s trusted coordination and execution partner, helping the CEO manage priorities, maintain visibility across the organization, prepare for important decisions and ensure that key instructions and projects are followed through.
▪️The position has no direct reports and does not manage department heads. However, the Executive Officer will have delegated coordination authority from the CEO to follow up CEO-assigned priorities, request updates, coordinate across departments and escalate significant delays or issues.
📌Key Responsibilities
CEO Calendar & Priority Management
▪️Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments and meeting requests.
▪️Act as the primary coordination point for internal and external parties requesting meetings with the CEO.
▪️Prioritize meetings based on urgency, importance and CEO priorities.
▪️Protect the CEO’s time by reducing unnecessary meetings and scheduling conflicts.
▪️Ensure the CEO is properly prepared for important meetings and engagements.
📌CEO Priority & Execution Follow-up
▪️Maintain a CEO Priority and Action Tracker for important instructions, decisions, commitments and projects.
▪️Track responsible persons, deadlines, progress and next actions.
▪️Follow up department heads and employees on CEO-assigned actions.
▪️Identify overdue items, bottlenecks and execution gaps.
▪️Escalate important delays and unresolved matters to the CEO.
▪️Ensure CEO decisions and instructions are followed through to completion.
📌Cross-Department Coordination
▪️Coordinate CEO priorities across departments.
▪️Request information and progress updates on behalf of the CEO.
▪️Help the CEO maintain visibility on important activities, risks and execution issues across the company.
▪️Identify communication gaps, conflicting information and potential delays.
▪️Verify important information before escalating issues.
▪️Maintain strong professional relationships with department heads while respecting their management authority.
▪️Decision Support & Executive Research
▪️Conduct research for CEO meetings, business opportunities, partnerships, organizations and special projects.
▪️Prepare concise briefing notes before important meetings and decisions.
▪️Summarize reports, proposals, presentations and other information for the CEO.
▪️Gather information from different departments to support CEO decision-making.
▪️Clearly identify key facts, risks, matters requiring CEO decisions and recommended next steps.
▪️Use AI and productivity tools appropriately to improve research, preparation and efficiency while verifying important information.
📌Meetings & CEO Representation
▪️Prepare meeting agendas, background information and briefing materials.
▪️Record important decisions, commitments and action items.
▪️Follow up actions arising from CEO meetings.
▪️Attend selected internal meetings on behalf of the CEO when required.
▪️Represent the CEO Office at selected university, partner, association, networking, community and business meetings or events.
▪️Prepare concise post-meeting reports and recommendations.
▪️Never make major commitments or commercial decisions in the CEO’s name without authorization.
📌Executive Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
▪️Draft professional emails, messages, letters and other CEO communications.
▪️Handle routine CEO Office communications when authorized.
▪️Coordinate with universities, business partners, associations, organizations, event organizers and other stakeholders.
▪️Follow up external stakeholders after CEO meetings and discussions.
▪️Maintain important CEO Office contacts and professional relationships.
📌CEO Special Projects
▪️Coordinate CEO-assigned projects involving different departments or external stakeholders.
▪️Turn CEO directions into clear actions, responsibilities, deadlines and deliverables.
▪️Monitor progress and proactively follow up.
▪️Identify potential problems and propose practical solutions.
▪️Consolidate information and present progress or results to the CEO.
▪️Escalate matters requiring CEO decisions or approval.
📌Executive Logistics & Business Travel
▪️Coordinate CEO business travel, itineraries, accommodation, transportation and meeting arrangements.
▪️Handle conference, event, professional association and membership registrations.
▪️Coordinate invitations and professional engagements.
▪️Prepare required documents and information before business trips.
▪️Support occasional domestic business travel and, when required, international business travel.

▪️Handle sensitive CEO, employee, financial, partnership and company information with strict confidentiality.
▪️Maintain professional discretion at all times.
▪️Share confidential information only on a need-to-know basis.
▪️Exercise sound judgment when determining which matters require CEO attention.

▪️Think one or two steps ahead and anticipate the CEO’s needs.

📌Working Hours & Flexibility
▪️Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
▪️Because this position works directly with the CEO, reasonable flexibility and responsiveness are required for urgent or time-sensitive matters outside standard working hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, public holidays, business trips and company events.
▪️This position does not require continuous 24/7 availability.
📌Job Requirements
▪️Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in executive support, operations, project coordination, partnerships, business development, stakeholder coordination, office management or a related field.
▪️Bachelor’s degree preferred.
▪️Strong Burmese communication skills and good working proficiency in English.
▪️Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.
▪️Strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪️Ability to communicate professionally with senior management, universities, partners and external stakeholders.
▪️Strong follow-up skills with the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
